El Bacaro Beach

truly such a perfect first step into sardinia. the owner is gem. everyone should come sit still here and drink, eat and enjoy.

Wonderful and warm reception by Michela and the staff. We had a quick lunch there and got tempted to try the Mojito Swordfish and Linguine. All amazing!

A place with a very pleasant atmosphere. The food is quite good. The downside is the price – an Aperol is 10 euros, a bottle of water 4 euros, a sandwich 10 euros. The tuna tartare is also worth working on. For this price, it would be nice if it were served more artfully than just a chopped piece of meat. But… a truly interesting place, worth recommending.

Had the best experience here. From the food and drinks to the beach and hospitality, everything was amazing. Such a hidden gem. McKayla truly made the experience special. She has the best energy and hospitality and made us feel so welcomed from the moment we arrived. The mussels in the white sauce were incredible, especially with the little bread pillows. The charcuterie board was honestly 11/10. Also highly recommend the Hugo Spritz and Campari Spritz. Can’t wait to come back!

We spent the afternoon before flying back from Olbia and what a great experience. Fabulous atmosphere , great personal service and reasonable prices. Definitely a 5* experience

After flying into to Olbia we had some time to spend before are ride to a different part of the island was available. So we googled what restaurants were nearby with views and we found this lovely beach location. A fairly quick taxi ride later we had delicious pasta and a glass of wine. Service was quick, friendly and accommodating.

6.10.2025 Dinner at sunset...beautiful . Compliments to the cook...the mojito di pesce spada was a dream. The red currants are "the icing on the cake" Congratulation!!! As well the "spaghetti vongole e Bottarga". When the dried fish is melting with the hot spaghetti. Delicious. The extremely friendly waitress and the warm bartender (thanks for the mirto) made me feel so welcome. Thank you for an unforgettable evening.

We found El Bacaro by chance and enjoyed our best lunch on the beach of our holiday. Madelena was a hard working and diligent host, the drinks and glasses were chilled and the food was delicious! We hope to return but this little spot gets full marks!
